It is a wrench exclusively for attaching and detaching the brake pipe flare nut and clutch pipe flare nut (hydraulic type only). Because the bore is in contact with 5 points, the nut can be turned securely.

These flare nut wrench sets allow the attachment of a tether where the tether is attached to the user or a fixed object to prevent the wrench from falling and causing injuries or damage when working at height. The 6-pt. design allows more contact with the fastener's sides than the 12-pt. style and prevents rounding the fastener's corners.
